Return & Refund Policy

At Bharat Labels, we are committed to delivering high-quality labels, stickers, and packaging products. Since most of our products are customized, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom-designed labels, stickers, or boxes
  • Approved artwork with customer confirmation
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

We only accept returns or provide replacements in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect item delivered (not matching order specifications)

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a return or replacement:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Include your order ID and details

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. Refund / Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We will offer a replacement of the product
    OR
  • Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized and printed products
  • Bulk or special orders
  • Clearance or discounted items (if specified)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellation is not allowed

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we will bear the replacement shipping cost

8. Quality Disclaimer

Minor variations in:

  • Color (due to screen vs print differences)
  • Material texture
  • Printing alignment (within acceptable tolerance)

are not considered defects.
